Do NOT try to repair the Aerocharger yourself!
If you take the V-Band off, you could damage the turbo!

Steve Packer Aerocharger Repair
Steve Packer is inspecting a 66000 series turbo at the Kansas City manufacturing plant.

Beginning to disassemble the unit....again do not try this at home.

You can see the compressor wheel, turbine shaft and housing.

Cleaning and inspection is the first step in assessing the condition of the unit.
The next step is to contact the customer and give an estimate of what will be involved to bring the turbo back to like-new condition.

If you have taken your turbo apart...you will be writing a bigger check than would have normally been required!!!
