After the success of the Dragon Aerocharger kit, we began to develop a kit for the new Rush with the strongest, most highly praised and turbo friendly 600cc 2-stroke engines in the industry: the Liberty 600. Again the Aerocharger is the best choice for this application. Fast-spooling characteristics make our turbo ideal for the Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) used by these machines, supplying power when it’s needed anywhere throughout the power band. As the manufacturer of the turbocharger used, this kit was designed with detailed knowledge of the turbo and the necessary considerations needed to best suit the performance and reliability needs required for the aggressive snowmobile enthusiast. Like our other kits the design goals were very specific: optimum turbo efficiency, maximum reliability, ease of installation, and top quality components.



The Rush Aerocharger kits are designed to be simple and fast. Using the stock expansion chamber, our kit can be installed easily and quickly, getting you back on the mountain enjoying your new turbo Rush. With a compact turbo and muffler package no modification of the factory pipe is required. The turbo is complete with an insulated and ceramic coated form-fitting heat shield, custom air box, and dome filter installed from the factory. The muffler section is ceramic coated and header wrapped to keep under hood temps as low as possible. Together the entire turbo, air box, and muffler section weigh less than the factory silencer by almost 3lbs.



With the attention to detail you've come to expect from us, you can find that form clearly follows function with our system. An Air-to-Air intercooler is used in place of the stock headlights for maximum cooling. Built-in flashing channels air through the intercooler core and to the turbo intake. Our custom fuel system comes mounted to the intercooler with all the needed hardware and lines connected including a shock-proof fuel pressure gauge which is visible through the headlight opening.





This system ships in four modular, pre-assembled units: the turbo/muffler assembly, the airbox assembly, intercooler/fuel system assembly, and the gauge pod. Installation is easy and only takes a few hours with the right tools.
