What we do

When we design a new turbo kit, it must be for a snowmobile that we like to ride ourselves. If we are going to be 100% dedicated, we have to be passionate about our work. The testing is of course more interesting if it’s our favorite snowmobile that has to be ridden.

The snowmobile will be left stock as much as possible, only the clutching, exhaust and fuel delivery will be changed. Polaris is really good at what they do, it is not easy to make parts as reliable and nice as they do. We try to keep not only the outside looking stock, but it is as important to keep the route of the wire harness and oil, fuel and air hoses stock. Many turbo related problems are caused by wires and hoses that are routed in an improper way.

The performance has to be outstanding. We would rather spend more time and money on R&D rather than sell something that can be made better. When the turbo kit is installed, all adjustments and modifications will be made, you will see that your kit has been well tested kit needing little or no adjustment. The turbo kit, engine and drive train have to be very reliable. Your snowmobile will ride the same way as before it was turbo charged, only much more powerful.

The craftsmanship of the parts used with the kit are made with quality and durability in mind. We are constantly striving to improve the look and finish of our components. Most of the parts are made of aluminum or stainless to keep added weight to a minimum.
